Name an important tradition you currently practice.
o Can be a recipe, gathering, activity, trip, song, restaurant, good luck charm, holiday, prayer, purchase, health ritual, performance, cosmetic routine, meal preparation, movie, date, commemoration, etc.
o Describe the tradition in detail (what is it, when did it start, who started it, what does it look like, who participates)
o Explain why the tradition matters to you, and why you carry it out.
o Examine any difficulties or negatives to the tradition. Is there anything you want to change, skip, or add to this tradition?
